The goal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at DMH Physical Therapy is to assist people who have experienced disabling diseases or injury in regaining control of their lives by restoring movement and function. Our Physical Therapists create individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, abilities, and objectives of each patient and provides services in conjunction with other specialties for a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions.
Our clinical staff consists of 2 Physical
Therapists and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant with more than 50 years combined
experience.
Patients are seen by physician referral. Office hours are by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
